Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and package size and are displayed during the ordering process. For deliveries within Austria, delivery time is typically 2-5 business days, depending on product availability. International deliveries within the EU take 5-15 business days, and outside the EU 15-20 business days.
Shipping service provider
We ship with [Austrian Post, DPD, UPS, GLS]. You will receive a tracking number after shipment so you can track the status of your order at any time.
Shipping to PO boxes
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please provide a valid delivery address.
Uncollected orders
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or is not collected within the specified time, additional costs for redelivery may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Returns are at your own expense. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the 14-day period and send the goods to the specified return address.
Conditions for returns
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products made specifically for you (e.g., personalized items) are excluded from the right of return.
Exchange
We only offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The exchange will be processed subject to availability.
refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
